We reserve the right to refuse service if packages contain prohibited items or violate transportation rules. Pigeon Couriers does not provide services to individuals under the age of 18 without verified guardian consent. Additionally, international shipments may require specific permits and documentation for eligibility.

Shipment Guidelines

All shipments must be properly packaged, labeled, and documented. Customers are responsible for declaring accurate shipment details including weight, dimensions, and contents. Improperly packaged or mislabeled items may result in delays or non-delivery. Fragile or high-value items must be marked clearly, and we recommend using tamper-proof packaging. Failure to follow shipment guidelines may result in additional charges or service refusal.

Delivery Timeframes

Pigeon Couriers strives to deliver parcels within the committed timelines. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or government restrictions may impact delivery schedules. We will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed. Same-day and express deliveries are subject to cut-off times, regional availability, and service capacity. Delays do not automatically entitle customers to compensation unless covered under premium delivery plans.

Liability and Claims

We are liable for loss or damage to shipments only up to the declared value and as per our coverage policies. Any claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date, along with valid supporting documentation. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require investigation by our logistics and security teams. Pigeon Couriers is not liable for damages caused by incorrect addresses, natural disasters, or third-party interference.

Prohibited Items

Certain items such as explosives, flammable liquids, perishable goods, live animals, and illegal substances are not permitted for shipping through Pigeon Couriers. Shipping restricted items may result in cancellation and legal action. A full list of banned items is available on request and must be reviewed before sending any shipment. Governing Law
